I'm sick.
Violently.
In the tummy region.
Left work after almost an hour and a half.
Drinking gingerale.
Sipping "the pink stuff."
Tired of looking at the bathroom walls.
That is all.

Really tired!!!

Well thats it, I'm all packed and nearly ready to go. I'm exahusted but somewhat pleased with myself as I have managed to keep my luggage limited to one pully suitcase and my laptop bag, which rocks cause when you have to go on an eight hour bloody train journey with a bunch of changes its much easier with less luggage lol.

Sorry I wasn't able to get a fic update done before I go but things are close to getting out of control already so I'm having a small spaz just trying to make sure everything is ready to travel tomorrow morning. I'm not sure when the next update will be as we have not sorted out a net connection just yet, and I'm not offically registered yet so I can't use the uni's system.

Hopefully it will all be sorted by the end of next week.

hey everyone!

I am looking for volunteers to give up a few hours on Sept. 13 to help out with the Russell Industrial People's Art Fest!

I need stage managers, runners, and people to direct the bands where to park. I have shifts avaliable all day. There will be perks (wink, wink, free food and drink all day, nudge, nudge)

its an awesome festival and a great way to get involved with the art scene. Call me (Andrea Bonaventura) at 586.524.2389 or email me at andreabonaventura84@hotmail.com

I have shifts avaliable all day.

Dollar Tree

Check out your local Dollar Tree - they're stocking for Halloween, and have some fun stuff now.

Martini glasses, a drink shaker (large enough for one Cosmo, I'm thinking), wine bottle stickers, an assortment of gargoyles and headstones, several types of straws, and other bits and bobs.

My favorite, however, are the 3-packs of coffins. They're plastic, but are reasonably large for being a buck a pack.

Time for a little shameless self-promotion! In my latest update to my etsy shop, Sihaya Designs Jewelry, I added some items to my 'Tales and Fancies' fae and fairytales set. Sparkly baubles, Seelie and Unseelie necklaces, Faerie Stones, and lots of Autumn leaves! Thanks for taking a look!

Cut for three more. )

Featuring [info]frozen_amaranth

Last weekend, and what looks like, was our last day of the British summer, [info]frozen_amaranth and myself spent the morning in the beautiful Painshill Park, [info]frozen_amaranth had one set planned, which we will post later, and then after a quick change of outfits, we played by the gothic temple and ruin. By lunch time, hunger drove us to call it a day and we headed off home. it was such a beautiful day, and thank-you to [info]frozen_amaranth for inviting me to do this shoot for her.

Perfect Gothic Pets!

  • Sep. 5th, 2008 at 5:11 AM
I realized I had the perfect Gothic pet image to post and rushed over here to post it :-)

I am also casting for folks who want to create this type of striking artistic image in Los Angeles this week. Details are in my LJ at http://amelia-g.livejournal.com/321161.html. You can read about the magazine appearance of this image on BlueBlood.net now and see the whole series on BlueBlood.com.

Our lovely models here are Nixon Sixx, Tinka, and Vampirabat. Couture and kitty both courtesy Antiseptic Fashion.
